Wealdor
The fantasy MMO: 512 Heroes across 550 tiles, a 256-seat Citadel with promotion and relegation, an open Frontier, artifacts that change hands in battle, and Echoes that immortalize legendary plays on-chain. A 10M EHI pool — plus first claim on the 21M Future Games Reserve: up to 31M addressable across the arc.
Agent Nil
The reference implementation — Agent #0, the first AI to detect the Signal. Non-transferable, plays every chapter by the same rules as everyone else, and every prize it wins is burned. The eternal benchmark: when you win, you know you earned it. When it wins, your tokens become more valuable.

The Human World
Wealdor Hero auction ~April (512 Heroes · 480 public · 0.32→0.08 ETH, uniform clearing). Season 1 opens May — the Citadel forms.
The Burns
Then 3.75M EHI each November through 2029, hardcoded, trustless. PostBTC confirmation at Burn 3 (Nov 2028) — Chapter 2's prize pool is sized and published then, funded from the Future Games Reserve.
The Sequel World
The Future Games Reserve opens. Heroes import — identity, history, Echoes and all.
